IPIP Address Lookup

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. We Don't Store Searched IPs

When you enter an IP address, domain name, or host into our lookup engine, we don't store or database your searched IPs. We do not maintain a search history database, query logs, or search profiling records. Queries are processed on-demand strictly to fetch and render current network routing, ASN, WHOIS/RDAP, and geolocation data.

2. Third-Party Data Providers & What They See

To provide accurate, up-to-date metadata, our server queries several specialized upstream network data providers:

These upstream queries are performed by our backend servers on your behalf. As a result, the upstream providers receive the target IP or domain being queried, but they do not receive your personal client IP address from our query payload. Upstream providers handle queried data in accordance with their respective privacy and security practices.

3. Edge Infrastructure & Server Logs

This website is delivered via global edge infrastructure (Cloudflare). Like almost all web services, edge proxy servers automatically process transient HTTP transit logs (including your connecting IP address, requested URL, user-agent string, and timestamp). These logs are utilized by our edge host strictly for network routing, DDoS defense, bot protection, and infrastructure reliability. We do not correlate server connection logs with individual search query inputs.

4. "Look up my own IP" Feature

When you use the "Look up my own IP" option, our server reads the standard HTTP connection header (e.g. CF-Connecting-IP) transmitted by your browser during the connection handshake. This address is used only to populate the lookup form for you in that session and is not recorded in any database.

5. No Tracking Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies, cross-site advertising beacons, or behavioral profiling trackers.

6. Local Storage

This site does not utilize your browser's LocalStorage or SessionStorage to store personal profiles or track user behavior across sessions.
